I am described as friendly and happy girl. I have been at the shelter for over 2 years already… I can barely remember the day I was abandoned in front of Lisa’s house… Shelter is my home at the moment, but I hope to get adopted. I used to have recurring eye infection in one eye and eventually the decision was made to remove it. After the surgery it was discovered that the eye was much smaller in size, which caused all the issues. Who knew?

I have adapted very well, and I love life. Some of my favourite activities include playing with a ball and jumping in a river. You may think that I am an Alpha type of girl, but this is the furthest from the truth. I have a D type personality; I do not like the word submissive, and I have replaced it with a category I invented. My category reveals that I am delightful, playful, I love people and dogs of all sizes. My favourite color is lime green, just like my beloved tennis balls.

What does it cost to adopt a dog?

The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.
