What can I say about this little fellow, he would make a fantastic addition to any home, you would have endless snuggles, fabulous play time, and never a day would go by where you did not have kisses galore.
This little boy was found under a bridge in the rain when he was just a couple of days old. Someone worked very hard to get Toto safely to this age, looking after a tiny puppy is hard, and so stressful, so many challenges and hurdles to jump. Well this little boy is a survivor, he has a zest for life.
