More about me...

MƔs sobre mƭ

Meet Alfie, the happiest abandoned dog you will ever meet.
Alfie was abandoned outside of the shelter, left to fend for himself.
From the minute we saw him wiggling his way towards us his tail was wagging.
It was clear that something was amiss, maybe that's why he was left, perhaps his family thought we could help him?
We took him straight to our vet, where he has had tests, and we believe he may be a distemper survivor, or maybe a head injury, there is definitely something neurological.
Alfie will have further tests to see how we can help him live his very best life.
When you are with Alfie, you cannot help but smile with him šŸ’š

What does it cost to adopt me?

The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.

What does the fee include?

Vet blood work and check up, including all needed follow-ups, any medications needed to get him healthy, spay or neuter by vet, food and care while at SULA, the vet pre-flight check up and clearance and any needed meds before flying, transport to the airport, all paperwork, all vaccinations, the cost for the airline transport, and use of a kennel in transport, harness and leash for arrival, and endless love.
