Dear Mother Nature,

I have nothing against rain or even humidity in the beautiful Mexico; however, enough already! I was found homeless wandering the streets with no purpose or hope… The warm rain felt like adding insult to injury… Not only I had nowhere to go, but also I was soaked wet with nobody to wipe my sad muzzle. 💧🥺🐕🐩My chocolate-colored coat was no longer spunky, and my hazelnut-colored eyes could barely see through the deluge. Yes, Mother Nature, I – Digger want to file a complaint. Too much rain for the homeless dogs! Is it possible to spare us, the lonely, the sad, and the homeless from the forces of nature?

I understand that I am safe now, at the Sula rescue, but I worry about other dogs on the streets… Aside from my “beef” with the weather I am a very happy boy. I have a gorgeous coat with hints of red, and my age of 3.5 years old and weight of 29 lbs. places me in the perfectly huggable dog category.

Since the protection against elements of nature may be a tall order, please Mother Nature tell the Wind to spread my message. I am looking for a loving home.

What does it cost to adopt me?

The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.

What does the fee include?

First of all, vet blood work and check up, including all needed follow-ups, any medications needed, as well as spay or neuter by our vet. Secondly, food and care while at SULA (we love all our rescues, and pour our hearts out each day to provide best life possible). Further, the vet pre-flight check up and clearance, transport to the airport, all paperwork, all vaccinations, the cost for the airline transport, and use of a kennel in transport, harness, and leash for arrival. Lastly, our endless love.
