Más sobre mí
India was found heavily pregnant on the side of the road on 1st September 2022. Indian was nearly hit by a car but then thankfully turned down to the river. We followed her down and eventually found her outside of a hut where she lived. A man came out and said he owned her and that she goes up to the road to eat the dead Roosters that are thrown out after they have died through cock fighting. 😔 He said that this was India's third pregnancy and that the first litter of puppies, died and the second litter were eaten by snakes.
He said we could take her and find her a home this litter did not survive for very long either which can happen when the mother is malnourished. Poor India had known nothing but sadness.
Despite what she has been through shoe is just one of the perfect dogs, so well behaved, friendly, social with people and dogs. She would love a family of her own and would make the most amazing companion. She has gone unnoticed for too long.
India is healthy, vaccinated, spayed and ready for her forever home.
What does it cost to adopt a dog?
The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.
