🧡 Sula Long Term Local Foster Project 🧡
There are many dogs in the shelter that are unlikely to find their forever homes. This is often due to nothing more than their advancing years. Sula has started a project that looks for long term foster homes in PV that enables the dogs to get out of the shelter (a very stressful environment for them) and into calm, loving homes. This also opens up companionship for people who may have reservations about permanently taking on a dog. The dogs remain the responsibility of Sula and vets bills are covered.
Our long tern foster project feature today is the beautiful 🧡 Nancy 🧡 everybody loves Nancy. She is sweet and calm and gets on with all dogs. We do not know what happened to Nancy, she was found wondering on the streets with a missing back foot. It is likely someone cut it off. Nancy has obviously been used year after year for breeding. As she got older she was likely no longer useful to produce puppies, so she was dumped. Despite what she has been through it has not broken her spirit and she deserves her remaining years to be full of love and kindness.
Nancy will not require a lot of walking, just a comfortable bed and affection.
🧡 Of course Nancy is still available to be adopted in PV, this would be the best outcome for her to find her forever home.
