Meet Osito, an adorable one-year-old dog looking for his forever home. This sweet boy is possibly a mix of Dachshund and Mexican breed, weighing a modest 8 kilograms (16 lbs).
Despite his young age, he has already experienced heartbreak as his previous owners brought him to the shelter in a taxi, claiming they were moving and no longer wanted him.
Despite the tough start, Osito is in good health, with positive blood work results. He gets along well with other dogs and adores spending time with people, including children. His affectionate and loving nature make him a wonderful companion for anyone looking to welcome a furry friend into their lives.
It's heartwarming to see how resilient Osito is, given the circumstances he faced.
Now, our main goal is to find him a loving and caring home where he will be cherished and loved for the rest of his life. If you are considering adding a new member to their family, please consider adopting Osito. Giving him a second chance at a happy life will not only transform his world but also inspire compassion and empathy in the next generation.
What does it cost to adopt a dog?
The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.
