When you look into this boys eyes it is just like he is talking to you, asking “what did I do wrong”?
Pepino was thrown out of a car during a storm, left to his own devices. Luckily for Pepino a kind lady called Guadalupe saw this happen. Unsure what to do Guadalupe knew she could not leave him scared and alone, sitting in one place, probably waiting for his human to come back for him.
Guadalupe reached out for help, as she already had dogs and could not keep him, also he was in clear need of help.
We called him Pepino as apparently he is partial to Cucumber 🥒. At the moment Pepino is with our vet, his blood tests show very low platelets, he is being treated and being given lots of good food, we told him he can have cucumber as a treat, but has to eat his meals as well.
We are hoping that Pepino will still be enjoying life, but the hardest thing to mend is a broken heart 💔
We know when he is ready there will be somebody out there, that will show him the love he deserves.

What does it cost to adopt me?

The adoption costs are $3,000 MXN for Mexican Nationals, $550 CND Canadian or $400 USD for Temporary or Permanent residents living in Mexico. Adoption costs for dogs adopted in countries other than Mexico are $750 CND or $600 US dollars. Don't forget, wherever you live, to budget for all the other things your new fur-baby will need.

What does the fee include?

First of all, vet blood work and check up, including all needed follow-ups, any medications needed, as well as spay or neuter by our vet. Secondly, food and care while at SULA (we love all our rescues, and pour our hearts out each day to provide best life possible). Further, the vet pre-flight check up and clearance, transport to the airport, all paperwork, all vaccinations, the cost for the airline transport, and use of a kennel in transport, harness, and leash for arrival. Lastly, our endless love.
